My Client, a housing association in the South East is looking to engage an interim to provide some transformational leadership to the IT function of around 8O individuals. As an experienced interim they boast a track record of nurturing IT functions towards a more customer centric outlook. With this new position, they will lead their teams to deliver a series of IT enabled change programmes that will underpin customer transformation within the business.

It is expected that the individual has significant programme management experience themselves and are therefore well placed to provide challenge and support within an Agile environment. Headline programmes include data governance, implementation of Office 365 and Scoping requirements for replacement Workflow Management system.

Key Deliverables:

  • Ensure the IT strategy supports customer transformation through IT enabled change
  • Implementation of softphone telephony software
  • Acting as an outstanding figurehead for IT, engaging and leading a workforce in a period of significant activity
  • Implement new ways of working for staff through customer contact management, skype for business, and SharePoint
  • Optimise core systems and enable a decision to be reached for replacement for Workflow management system

Experience:

  • Leading a function of comparable size as the most senior IT professional
  • Programme management, ideally including Office 365 implementation
  • Call centre transformation in commercially driven industries such as banking, retail, real estate, or insurances
  • Strength in Systems architecture and Infrastructure

Housing experience in not essential for this role, and applications from those outside sector are actively encouraged.
