We are looking for a General Insurance Operations Director with experience of leading a profitable Call Centre within Insurance.

About the Role

Responsibility for Call Centre Operations including Sales, Customer Services, Resource Planning and supplier management for customer claims. Have responsibility for around 400 employees and their performance.

To play an integral part in the successful delivery of business strategy by leading and developing the Operations Group to achieve and exceed its objectives. To own the income target for the whole business. To provide feedback to the Leadership Team to help improve the offering and service to the customer
