I am currently looking for a Head of Marketing Communications to join a financial services organisation and be based in Bath. The right candidate will be responsible for the marketing communications activity of the business; from a strategic and team management viewpoint. This is an excellent opportunity with someone from a B2B financial services background, to have a major impact on the future marketing communications activity of a progressive and well-renowned business.

Responsibilities:

• Define and the deliver the marketing communications strategy & plan
• Oversee the governance of communications, ensuring communications adhere to the regulatory and sign-off processes
• Support ongoing alignment of communications across the group; including tone of voice, brand message and adherence to business objectives
• Manage the marketing communications team, supporting their career development

Essential skills:

• Strong background in marketing communications
• Experience within B2B or B2B2C financial services environment
• Proven track record of devising and delivering marketing communications plans & strategies
• Good knowledge of managing communications across multiple channels (including both online and offline)
• Experience of managing a team and supporting colleague development
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
