Job Details

Main Purpose of the role:

  • The Account Director will be responsible for the management and development of relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Development and execution of strategic account plans, and campaign management to achieve performance targets
  • Account management of key partners, managing audit, governance and control requirements
  • Identify and realising opportunities for growth that are aligned to the companies strategic execution plan. Manage the on-boarding of new partners and line management responsibility for an account executive.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Experience in a similar strategic account management role within the Insurance and/or financial services industry.
  • High commercial acumen; able to construct compelling commercial propositions
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing at all levels.
  • Strong relationship builder and networker both internally and externally, with excellent stakeholder management skills, credible and engaging at all levels.
  • First line management experience with a strong background in developing people.
  • Detailed campaign management skills to achieve business objectives in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining high standards of work quality and customer care.
