Role Brief:
The Services deployment team are supporting a major deployment of IT services to a global base of 15,000 users. We need a Change Manager to define, execute and run the daily program change management on-sub projects throughout the program life cycle.
Responsibilities:
- Creation and management of a Change Management Project plan for each site integration
- Develop and deliver communication assets to support project change management strategies: stakeholder presentations, posters, TV campaigns, videos, emails, SharePoint knowledge sites, etc.)
- Develop training material to support change management strategies (user guides, quick cards, videos, presentations, etc.)
- Documented and approve change management strategies for service evolutions
- Project plans for change management activities
- Deliver results reports based on the change management strategy
