Key responsibilities will entail the following: Management of all asset management projects by creation of robust business plans Assist and oversee the creation, implementation and mobilisation of asset management plans for future new business opportunities Design, develop and implement all appropriate asset management policies, procedures and processes Monitor & report progress of asset management performance against forecasts Manage the selection and appointment of professionals required to discharge asset management activities (lawyers, leasing agents etc.) Manage the activities of professionals appointed to assist on asset management related matters Manage the asset management and leasing budgets for each asset Knowledge, Experience and Skills Required: You must possess a honours degree level in any discipline, and/or MRICS / FRICS / Chartered Financial Analyst Minimum 15 years post qualification experience including a significant number of years' experience on complex, high profile asset management assets and/or portfolios. Demonstrable experience of delivering enhanced asset value in complex, high profile assets and/or portfolios within a publically listed or privately owned property company or institutional property investment company, family office, REIT or fund. Demonstrable and substantial exposure to the London property market, in particular, with a substantial track record asset management of office, retail, residential and/or mixed use portfolios.
