Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer the Central Bank has an exceptional opportunity to join our senior leadership team and make a sizeable contribution to the delivery of our mission.

The Chief Information Officer will lead a directorate of five direct reports and in excess of two hundred people to develop and implement the bank’s information technology strategy, ensuring the efficient and secure operation of the Central Bank’s IT systems. The CIO is also tasked with defining and driving the Bank’s Data Management Strategy as well as the oversight and delivery of all IT projects whilst providing thought leadership on future IT solutions to bring the bank forward.

What are we looking for?

The role requires extensive experience of developing and implementing strategies, within large complex organisations. We are ideally seeking applicants with a breadth and depth of industry experience with an understanding of large scale financial transaction based systems, significant leadership and people management expertise coupled with experience managing outsourced service partners.

This role will be filled on a five year fixed term contract. Flexible working arrangements will be a consideration for the right candidates and we are open to applications from candidates seeking same.
