Job Details
Our client, a high-profile Consumer Group with a leading market position, is recruiting a Head of Finance Shared Services and Transformation for a 6 to 9-month period. Reporting to the CFO, you will take responsibility for leading and developing a world class shared service centre and transforming Global Finance functions.
Key responsibilities include: Lead and drive performance of the FSS function, delivering outstanding service levels and managing cost and value; Manage key third-party relationships; Ensure continuous improvement is achieved through process standardisation and automation; Define and drive transformation of Global Finance functions to deliver a program of improvements in efficiency and effectiveness.
To apply, you are likely to be a Qualified Accountant with significant experience of Outsourcing, Shared Services, GBS and Transformation in a global environment. You will have strong influencing skills and the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels. Your track-record of managing and implementing change whilst articulating and delivering a strategic vision will be essential to creating effective, lasting results.
