Our client, an ambitious and market-leading commercial / real estate development business, is seeking an equally ambitious and entrepreneurial Finance Director to support the business with its growth agenda.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage and develop the day to day finance function
• Lead and encourage continuous process improvements
• Maintain the robustness of financial controls, reporting and compliance
• Manage and enhance the budgeting, forecasting, reporting and cashflow processes
• Manage and develop new and existing investor relationships and fundraising
• Support the CEO with commercial property developments

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, energetic and astute qualified Finance Director / CFO, looking for a rare opportunity to join a business on an exciting growth journey. You will have experience in an entrepreneurial SME environment with grand plans. You will also have experience with investor relations, raising finance, growing a finance function and ideally in a construction/commercial real estate or major project development setting.
