Role Brief:

You will be part of a Digital Service Deployment team, which is tasked with effective global deployment on Digital Services. This includes world wide deployment of CRM, Contact Centre Automation and a Workforce management tool.

Key Tasks:

- Gather and document requirements

- Gap analysis and requirement prioritisation

- Monitor deployment steps

- Support business partners in preparation and execution of UAT

- Involve solution team resources to support the cutover

- Provide training support to ensure a good level of adoption

Change Management:

- Support Customer Service centres in applying the corporate strategy

- Identify change management needs: communication plan, training approach...

- Analyse and assess the technical solutions

- Bridge the communication gap between the technical teams and the business partners

- Deliver training to the deployed organisation, ensure tools adoption by the business partner
