Job Details

Working as part of the Senior Leadership Team, the Sales Director will have total responsibility for delivery on a new business and retained business number. Managing two direct reports, the total team size is currently seven. This is expected to grow in the near future.

Based in Uxbridge, Middlesex our client is a business that has achieved significant growth over the last 5 years. The core of their business is a repository of compliance documentation that is used by the health and social care sectors. The details can be accessed online and offline through a variety of tools to ensure that staff are always up to date with the relevant policies.

Description

The Sales Director will be responsible for growing revenue through retaining their existing client base and winning market share of their competitors. This will be achieved through:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies aimed at accelerating growth
  • Conducting market research and analysis to create detailed business plans
  • Keeping the customer at the heart of what they do
  • Collaborating and coordinating with teams around the office
  • Monitoring performance of commercial activities using key metrics to report back to senior management
  • Assisting in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring
  • Being a key member of the Senior Leadership Team

Profile

Job Offer

This role will attract a base salary of £90,000 to £110,000. In addition there is a generous commission package, pension, car and healthcare.
