Our client is a substantial services business with multi-site operations across the UK. Revenues are currently circa £150 million.
- Following a reorganisation, an Interim National Sales Director is required to help with the restructure, and to mobilise the sales force (circa 15-20 employees)
- Reporting to the MD, this role will drive and deliver sales performance to meet agreed targets and to grow the business
- Ensuring good relationships with customers, leading negotiations on key contracts
The successful candidate will have the following profile:
- Proven B2B sales leadership experience in a multi-site environment
- A track record in Leasing is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong influencing and negotiating skills
- Excellent at building relationships with key customers
- Change management experience
Location: West Midlands, with National Travel
Duration: circa 6 months
Start date: ASAP, late March / early April 2019
