We are currently seeking an experienced Head of PMO/Projects to take the lead on a high profile transformation programme. The client requires an individual with portfolio level experience that has successfully set up and managed large projects teams. This is an excellent opportunity as the business has significant investment to deliver a large amount of change over a number of years and the project team is a key component.

Key background

• Greenfield PMO/Project team set up experience - proven experience leading large project teams (PM, PMO, BA etc..) - the business will be looking to build the project team to 20-30 heads which you will be required to recruit.
• Portfolio level background (the business has 100+ Projects)
• Excellent stakeholder skills - the role will require board level experience with key stakeholder based in the UK and Europe
• Mixed sector background and has supported large scale change in engineering/civil sectors
