RattrayParkin have been exclusively engaged by a privately owned engineering business who are looking to appoint their 1st Finance Director. This role is a key part of business strategy which will see the significant growth in turnover through the next 5-10 years.

The role of FD will involve a huge variety in role and responsibility ranging from the management and leadership of a small finance team, ensuring financial best practice across operations, reviewing and improving systems, process and control as well as being a key Business Partner to a very ambitious and driven MD.

In order to be considered you must have operated in a number 1 finance role within a rapid growth and challenging project/contract driven environment, You must have a robust character and be someone who is prepared to challenge and be challenged.
