Job Details

An exciting opportunity has arisen in a PE backed multi-site Healthcare business for an astute CFO with a proven track record to drive the continued growth of the business. This is a board role and the CFO will provide true partnership to the CEO in driving the overall strategic direction of the business. You will play a key role leading an active M&A and investment strategy, identifying, analysing, and negotiating opportunities and ensuring top level execution.

This is a hands on role with full responsibility for the finance function, you will be implementing KPIs, systems, processes and controls as well as setting up and running the business's banking facility. The CFO will also be have a broader operational remit and be integrally involved in a planned period of M&A.

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA) with a background in multi-site healthcare or a similar multi-site sector is essential whilst transactional experience is highly desirable. This is a fantastic opportunity for a determined and highly commercial candidate to work in an organisation providing an excellent, much needed service and help shape the future of this highly successful business.
