Finance & Accounting Manager

We are currently partnering with a leading global technology solutions corporate that is focused on quality engagement and long-term relationships within their specialised field. Due to a broad restructure across finance, there now exists an opportunity for a qualified accountant to join as Finance & Accounting Manager to manage a small team oversee daily and monthly finance requirements.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the statutory accounting and tax reporting for the business, in accordance with UK GAAP. In addition, you will manage the external audit process and provide technical accounting guidance and ad hoc project support where required. Key to the role will also be managing and developing a small team and wider finance function, including payroll and revenue recognition.

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA) and your background will demonstrate strong operational accounting and technical expertise, ideally with experience of working in a technology business. You will have knowledge of SOX, experience of preparing statutory accounts and ideally providing guidance in relation to US / UK GAAP. You will have excellent interpersonal skills to partner across the business and also manage and lead the team.
