Our client, a London based housing association client of mine, is looking for a softphone subject matter expert who has significant business change experience. The organisation is transforming their entire call centre operation and as part of this will be implementing Anywhere365 and ideally. They are ideally looking for an individual that has worked extensively with this software or similar within a contact centre operation. They will be working with the key operational stakeholders within the business to ensure it configured appropriately, through to planning the user adoption strategy. It is envisaged that this role will be for approximately 6 months and falls outside IR35.
