Job Details
An entrepreneurial property business based in central London is seeking an experienced Finance Director with a strong sector background to take full responsibility for the finance function. Working in partnership with the CEO, you will ensure close control of cash and strong forecasting in order to ensure the future stability of the business.
You will have overall responsibility for heading up financial accounting, including P&L, balance sheet accounts, and supervision of VAT returns and loan covenant schedules. You will also be responsible for ensuring all financial systems and controls are as efficient as possible.
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA) preferably chartered, with experience as an FD in an SME or a financial controller in a bigger business looking for a step up to a number one role. Experience in the property sector is essential.
