Annapurna is working exclusively with a FMCG/Retailer to source a HR Director. You will ensure best practice, support business strategy and develop people initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partner with global leaders and Senior Leadership Team to develop HR strategies
• Provide advice, guidance and coaching to employees and managers on a variety of Employee Relations cases
• Update policies, procedures and guidelines as and when required
• Continue to promote a positive workplace
• Providing advice and playing a major role in work reviews and change processes
• Drive and support the personal development of our top talent, helping them grow and apply our core behaviours.

Desired skills:

• University degree or similar
• CIPD qualification
• Strong generalist experience
• Previous experience in retail/FMCG
