M&A - Project
This interim role is to assist the CFO to drive ambitious growth plans and will be responsible for leading the planning process.
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Provide support on international and UK M&A activity to include all financial modelling, process management and due diligence
- Take the lead on financial integration of acquired entities, managing all aspects of the integration process
- Get involved in the budgeting and forecasting, assisting with FP&A work as required
Successful candidates must be fully qualified finance professionals and ideally have a good track record of working as a professional interim. You will be strong at building credible relationships at all levels both with key internal stakeholders and external contacts. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to build complex finance models as well as strong experience within an M&A role to include all Due Diligence, process management and integration.
This role is likely to be an ongoing requirement and may require some overseas travel.
