Job Details
Our client is currently seeking within manufacturing is currently seeking an individual from industry to join them in a major M&A project.
This will be an interim assignment spanning until September 2019 (with views to potentially extend further).
This will be a London based role where you will be required to support the M&A workstreams to ensure delivery of the agreed output as well as support and improve the transaction process.
In order to be considered for this role you will need;
- Significant M&A experience
- To be a qualified accountant
- To have previous Interim project experience
- To be immediately available and able to commit to a 6 month+ Interim assignment
- To possess strong Excel modelling skills
