HR Project Manager: Payroll Transition, People Transition, HR

A world renowned pharmaceutical organisation is seeking a Project/Program Manager to oversee a huge Payroll Transition Program to their Shared Service Center located in Prague. The successful candidate will provide organizational design support in the execution of the Global Payroll Transition Program from OD and a People transition perspective.

Major Accountabilities

*Provide organizational design support in execution of Global Payroll Transition Program from OD and People transition perspective
*Consult with client groups on organization design
*Partner with client groups, committees and strategic teams to help them plan and implement significant changes in their organizations.
*Assist departments and teams to problem solve by identify a key issue, gather information about it, and outline decisions or action plans needed to address the issue
*Partner with client groups to ensure execution of all OD, People and Training related actions as part of the Workstream scope
*Compiles, analyses and reports on people and organization data, both qualitative and quantitative to surface needs and trends
*Collaborate with colleagues to develop solutions for the program to meet the specific needs within the organization.
*Draft scopes of Global/Regional ORG blueprint, Capability Framework of target Payroll Organization, builds hiring plan based on defined Hiring Governance.
