Our client is a leading Capital Plant Hire Business providing solutions to clients across the Construction industry to first and second tier contractors via a national branch network. With a reputation for industry innovation, state of the art equipment, safety and customer services they now wish to appoint a Sales Director for Southern England.

The Role:

• You will define, develop and manage the sales strategy on a national basis and directly manage the key account managers, BDM’s and depot sales teams across southern England focused on new and existing client growth.
• You will manage directly the top 10 national accounts driving customer services, commercial returns and client satisfaction focussed on partnering and added value in a competitive market place.

The Person:

• Preferably degree qualified you will have a track record of big ticket capital equipment Hire to the UK construction/contracting sector where you can demonstrate profitable growth and industry innovation.
• You will be a first-class communicator with high levels of commercial acumen with a track record of sales leadership and leading strategy.
