We have been retained by a private Luton-based firm looking for a Chief Financial Officer to join their company. We are looking for an exceptional individual to bring a wealth of commercial experience and strong financial intelligence to this forward-thinking organisation

Reporting to the Chief Executive and being a key member of our accomplished executive team, you will lead the Finance, IT, Human Resources, General Counsel and Facilities Teams.

The Role:

• Take ownership of the company's financial affairs, implementing processes to ensure that the company's financial operations are seamless
• Bringing leadership, enforcing procedures to allow the company to operate efficiently as it continues to grow
• Building and leading a high quality finance team
• Analyse financial budgets and actual results to create and implement an action plan
• Plan and control allocation of resources for the business
• Liaise with potential investors and key influencers about the business
• Oversee operational functions of the business in conjunction with senior managers

The Candidate:

• Enthusiastic and hard-working individual who will work alongside the managing partner to implement systems that will set the company up well for further growth
