Reedmace Solutions are welcoming applications from Non Executive Directors (NED) to assist the board of a fascinating AI (Artificial Intelligence) Tech start-up which is on a mission to change the world. Due to rapid growth plans and VC funding, we are now looking for proven NEDs with exceptional gravitas and a desire to make a difference.

We are offering the chance to be part of a very high profile project that uses leading edge technology to tackle a critical and very modern problem which has attracted strong government and media attention.

You may be required to travel in the UK between London and North England

Candidate profile:Practical experience:

·Setting up tech companies (software)/ Investing in tech companies directly (software)

·Recognised leader in ethics or compliance

·A strong connection to Data Science, AI (Artificial Intelligence) / ML (Machine Learning)

Candidate work background:

Ideally worked at one or several of the following organisations in their career:

• Government
• Venture Capitalist
• Consumer technology (software)
• Media
• leading online B2C company such as Netflix, YouTube, Spotify, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Uber, King, Tinder

Networks:

Connections with senior leaders at some, or all of the following, would be highly advantageous:

• UK / US Government
• Internet giants: Facebook / Google etc
• Multiple VCs and institutional investors - e.g Sequoia / Softbank / Balderton / AndreessenHorowitz

Remuneration and timing:

The successful candidate will be required for 15 days a year.

Remuneration negotiable for the right person.
