COO Expanding Leisure Group Nationwide

Salary: Up to £130,000 plus an excellent bonus & Equity

We are very excited to be working with a very exciting private equity company who are looking for a COO to take control of their latest acquisition. This role will lead onto a CEO role as the company grows with a very clear progression route.

You will have extensive experience within leisure, fitness or experiential businesses at a strategic board level and will be looking for something hands on and long term. This role is be focused on growth and opening's so experience in this is essential.

The ideal Candidate:

• Currently in a Director or Head of Operations role
• Proven experience of overseeing and driving lasting growth in sales
• Extensive Openings experience
• Understanding of property, acquisitions and relaunching
• Ideally passionate about guest experience
• Experience over overseeing a minimum of £20 million revenue
• An individual who can see a vision and commit to something long term
