Job Details
We are looking for a CFO for a private equity-backed multi-site business based in the London. They are looking to grow via organic growth and acquisitions of new sites to c. £25m EBITDA before embarking upon an exit process. The CEO of the business has a great reputation in the market, while the private equity house has a strong track record in the industry.
You will be working very closely with the CEO and private equity investors to drive the business forward in their new strategic direction. You will be leading in the identification and acquisition of new sites, improving the reporting and analysis and building relationships across the business.
The Requirements
You will be a proactive individual with good communication skills and exceptional drive and a strong commercial mindset.
To apply for this role, you will need:
- Previous multi-site/ leisure/ hospitality/ restaurants industry experience.
- You will have previously gone through a sale/exit process.
- You will be either ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified or equivalent.
Private equity/ leveraged experience is essential.
