Working with some of impressive brands, as Account Director, you will be a crucial part in creating long-term, trusted relationships with a portfolio of clients, developing new business from new and existing clients whilst managing and developing a team of account managers and executives.
Profile
The successful Account Director will have the following demonstrable skills:
- Proven track record in account management and business development sales.
- Experience working in digital marketing agency environment.
- Experience managing brand and campaign projects (online and offline).
- Exceptional commercial acumen - P&L/ROI etc.
- Inspirational manager and leader.
- Proven track record defining strategy for clients to grow revenue.
- Strong communication and pitching/presenting skills.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and self-motivated.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Results driven and creative.
- Ability to think outside the box.
- North East England office location.
Job Offer
Up to £45k basic salary + excellent company benefits
