Job Details
The UK Hydrographic Office (UKHO) is seeking to appoint a new CEO who will offer inspiring and engaging leadership to this world leading organisation based in Taunton, Somerset.
The UKHO is the leading centre for hydrography, providing commercial marine geospatial data to inform maritime decisions. These include navigation, safety, security and marine development both around the UK and worldwide. The UKHO plays an integral role in informing the Ministry of Defence and operates as a trading fund and arms-length body of the Department.
The organisation has embarked on a major transformation programme which involves moving to a fully digital service and is seeking a highly commercial senior leader to help them deliver this significant change project.
Ideal candidates will have current and relevant experience leading a high-profile organisation and an understanding and track record of enabling change.
