CFO

A PE-backed B2B business seeks an insightful CFO to become a vital member of the executive team, working alongside the CEO to make key strategic decisions. Your key focus will be on overseeing and driving the finance team, in order to provide a high level of commercial vision and support a swift growth period.

The role will involve negotiating high level contracts and deals, as such excellent communication and presentation skills are vital. The role is highly commercial and the successful candidate will need to roll up their sleeves in the short term, inputting systems, processes and controls as well as identifying strengths and weaknesses within the business so as to provide insight into growth opportunities.

You will be a qualified candidate (ACA, ACMA, ACCA), with hands-on experience and strong analytical and quantitative skills. Previous experience of working in a similar role with proven success is essential.
