We're looking for a Head of DevOps to be involved in building scalable infrastructure, but to mainly work with the Technology Leadership team to define the DevOps strategy across the business, manage the DevOps team of 6 engineers and help them grow
Experience Required:

• Experience in delivering secure and stable platforms
• Deep knowledge of networking and security
• Cloud and Container experience
• Automation
• Team & Strategy management

What you'll be responsible for:

• Be responsible creating an agile culture
• Be familiar with many approaches to Agile, EA, Design Thinking and Systems Thinking
• Advise and coach on all matters relating to the development and execution of the companies systems road map
• Be commercially aware in shaping and implementing the agile and design thinking capability
• Own the execution all end to end to solutions for demand systems
• Work closely with technology partners to continuously improve service
