The role will be responsible for the following:*Co-ordinating the year end process and ensure the finance team works to the yearend timetable.*Manage six direct reports with a wider team of over 40. *Update policies and procedures within the finance function. *Work with the finance systems team to improve current weaknesses and ensure best practice. The successful candidate will:*Be a qualified accountant.*Have co-ordinated a year end process of a large organisation previously. *Have strong team management skills and experience.
