Job Details
Eton Bridge Partners is working in partnership with a global blue-chip light manufacturing business in the Thames Valley to find a Divisional Finance Director. You’ll be responsible for partnering with the Division President to identify opportunities to drive performance efficiencies and push growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- A Strategic Business Partner to the Division President, playing a key role in co-creating the mid- to long-term strategic plans for the division.
- Provides insights and an independent perspective backed by data. Constructively challenges and supports the R&D/manufacturing/commercial organization to ensure successful execution of the strategic plans.
- Identifies major risks and opportunities to target delivery and advises on relevant performance management interventions as well as develops mitigation plans, to optimize performance
- Enables strong data-driven business decisions through an in-depth market and competition analysis.
- Develops and implements initiatives in order to further improve productivity and commercial Excellence in the Regions. Lead country and regional KPIs development and measurement, commercial dashboards.
Candidate Profile:
- Qualified Accountant
- Extensive finance business partnering experience at a regional/global level
- Experience within manufacturing businesses with matrix structures.
- Excellent spoken and written English
Package: £100k-£110k base salary plus benefits
