Group Head of FP&A - Global Firm

Eton Bridge Partners is working in partnership with a global FTSE business to find a Group Head of FP&A. With operations across the world you’ll manage a team to ensure financial analysis is accurate, insightful and ultimately drives growth. You’ll have to be comfortable working in a matrix organisation, managing relationships across the business including up to Board level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the process to deliver the Group consolidation of the annual operating plan (AOP), 3+9, 6+6 and 9+3, working collaboratively with colleagues globally across all markets
• Manage a value adding and timely management reporting capability, including Board and Executive insight across the P&L, Cash Flow and balance sheet, influencing/working with/collaboration colleagues across markets and different functional areas
• Provide guidance and oversight to the creation and evolution of performance metrics and scorecards
• Proactively create high quality insightful analysis on business trends, performance vs market expectations for the Global Executive Team
• Work closely with the Business Development and Marketing team to help drive commercial strategy through key insights and analytics

Candidate Profile:

• Qualified Accountant with significant PQE
• Commercial and analytical mindset
• Strong data analytical skills
• Able to lead the FP&A function and coordinate with multi-functional teams in a high growth, changing environment
• Strong influencing skills at all levels, demonstrating deep subject matter expertise balanced with pragmatic understanding of business need/priorities

Package: £110k-£130k base salary plus bonus, car and benefits
