A Top Tier Global Investment Bank are recruiting for a Head of Delivery to manage, improve and develop the Banks new Mobile App and online experience for their customers by enhancing their current technology platforms. The Head of Delivery will need the following experience: Previous experience enhancing and improving Mobile applications and online experiences by maximising new technology trends. Previous success driving innovating Digital capabilities within the finance industry. Ability to lead and manage large teams on a global scale. Demonstrated success working with large global cross functional teams. Experience delivering complex IT programmes of work within complex IT organisation (e.g., Banking, Insurance) Experience establishing agile delivery organisations within cross functional teams. Thought leadership within Digital IT Delivery including best practice ways of working at scale with geographically dispersed teams. Strong senior stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence executive leaders. Experience managing teams to deliver to tight deadlines.
