Operational Change Managerrequired to work on a permanent basis for a leading prestigious Investment Manager based in Horsham Sussex.

The Role

The client is looking for a Change Manager who really likes change. Our client has got a new site, new teams, and new ways of working. So they want someone who'll roll their sleeves up, work out what the business needs and co-ordinate the many changes driven by new products, regulations and systems. You'll lead a small Change team but still be busy, hands-on, and can-do. You'll need to influence all kinds of people in all kinds of places. But that also means there'll be lots of opportunities to make an impact.

Responsibilities required by the Operational Change Manager

Keep up to date with all industry and technical developments that may result in change implementation

Manage a team including appraisals, developments and recruitment

Prioritise and assign resources to team members

Produce technical data on business change

Help answer queries and solve problems

Manage stakeholders with great communication

Make sure project documents and checklists are up to date and maintain best practice

Develop hub processes to improve quality and reduce risks

Manage tactical and strategic changes and make sure we hit delivery milestones

Support new project initiatives

Help with product launches and restructures, and make sure processes and systems are updated

Co-ordinate and plan user acceptance testing of new systems and upgrades

Do analysis to support tactical and strategic initiatives

Key skills and experience required for the Transfer Agency Oversight Manager

Extensive project or business change experience

Experience of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies and benefit tracking processes

Experience managing a team

Experience working with or in a Fund Operations team

Experience of the fund transfer agency process

Good with Microsoft applications, including Excel to an intermediate level

Good with numbers

Excellent written and spoken English
