An exciting opportunity exists to join our client, a financial services provider, as they look to hire a new Head of Reward.

This is a new role and a very exciting time to join a business that has been through significant growth over the past few years. Reporting into the HR Director, this role will be responsible for setting and leading the reward strategy in order to attract, retain and motivate employees. You will also be responsible for pension and compensation and benefits programmes, running the payroll, HRIS and attending renumeration committees.

In addition, you also be responsible for:
*The design and implementation of compensation and benefit structures
*Develop job evaluation, grading and benchmarking activities
*Act as the subject matter expert for reward
*Lead and manage the cyclical reward activities
*Manage all executive reward processes

To be considered for the role, it is essential that you have financial services experience, are a proven Head of Reward and have an in-depth understanding of commercial reward strategies and be able to plan executive reward strategies. You will also be comfortable with benchmarking activities, have experience of Remuneration Committees and pension legislation.
