The Brand Manager will support the development and implementation of brand strategy to build a strong brand and reputation.

Description:

  • Development and implementation of the organisation's brand guidelines and championing its use consistently
  • Coordinating effective and efficient creative design which can be used across a range of digital and non-digital channels
  • Management of the relationship with the external design agency, ensuring quality of work is up to standard
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to continually improve the visual brand
  • Engaging with key stakeholders across the organisation including promoting the importance of brand protection and providing guidance and advice in its application
  • Continually developing own knowledge and keeping on top of digital and design trends
  • Being a brand ambassador and inspiring confidence for their work across the organisation and with external stakeholders
  • Collaboratively generate workable concepts and ideas for marketing campaigns and multi-channel communications
  • Playing a role in coaching and mentoring the wider team while monitoring performance

Profile

Essential:

  • A proven track record of developing and implementing brand guidelines in-house.
  • Strong relationship management skills and ability develop and maintain effective relationships internally and externally, and be an effective business partner
  • Experience of having brought brands to life across a range of channels - digital and non-digital
  • Experience of managing in a cross-functional team - challenging and inspiring people to exceed expectations
  • Demonstrable experience of evidencing the visual brands
  • Ability to manage a busy workload and work to tight deadlines
  • Strong writing and communications skills with ability to articulate and present creative concepts and technical information logically, both internally and externally
  • Excellent attention to detail and a collaborative, proactive and flexible approach

  • Salary of £50,000 - £55,000 depending on experience
