SAP Project Finance Analyst

Key accountabilities

The key accountabilities for this role are:

• Jointly lead business cutover activity planning through to go-live, including transition to Early Life Support
• Help drive adoption, communication and change management of the new system / tools / processes within BP locations and Accenture managed outsourced service centres
• Ensure any go-live issues are tracked, addressed and solved
• Support Functions ARC leadership team and GBS with assurance of the effectiveness of controls over new processes
• Other ad-hoc project deliverables We are seeking candidates who have a proven track record of delivery and who are looking to leverage their contribution and development in a demanding environment

Essential Education

Must be fully or part qualified accountant

Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following skills and behaviours:

• Previous experience with SAP implementations and transitioning from project mode to operational business as usual
• Able to work constructively with colleagues, demonstrating shared commitment to team success and respect for other people's cultures and perspectives. A key challenge of this role is that stakeholders are based across the globe
• Strong communication skills, ability to structure and summarise complex data / processes to make it understandable to others
