Job Details
Our client is a residential led, mixed use developer enjoying profitable growth with a strong pipeline of prestigious projects planned. They seek a Commercial Manager to work across a number of their sites.
The Role:
- You will be responsible for leading some projects and providing authoritative commercial advice on other projects and potential projects.
- You will be responsible for risk analysis of projects and advise on commercial issues relating to projects, joint ventures and property financing.
The Person:
- You will be a graduate, ideally with further industry qualifications and significant experience in the commercial environment.
- You will be a clear and precise communicator with the ability to work closely with a peer group both within and without the company.
- You will be process driven with an eye for detail and be able to drive projects forward.
