Job Details
Our client is an International Developer of large, complex residential and mixed use projects. They seek a Production Director to lead and oversee a number of key developments.
The Role:
- Reporting to the Managing Director you will have full responsibility for the construction strategy and delivery.
- You will be responsible for leading the Programme Management team of Project.
- Directors and Project Managers developing performance and driving safety, quality and cost and schedule improvements throughout the business.
The Person:
- You will be a construction graduate and it is likely that you will have further professional qualifications with at least 8 years leadership experience.
- You will have proven project delivery and operational management expertise.
- Excellent leadership skills are essential and you will be able to instantly gain the respect of a senior, high quality team and drive them to further success.
- You will have a belief in the centrality of safety in the workplace and be committed to ensuring that the highest standards of health and safety are adhered to.
