Head of Customer Experience required by an Asset Finance Company based in South West London and are offering up to ??70k plus bonus. Reporting to the Managing Director my client are seeking a driven and motivated individual with career aspirations to be at director level within the next 3 years. The role will be within the Customer Experience department and sit between operations and sales and will play a key part in driving business efficiency and change that will ultimately serve the end user.

The Head of Customer Experience will bring a fresh approach and be responsible for;

Continually assessing the UK Market and identifying improvements that will ensure Customer Experience remains premium
Develop and deliver a transformation plan that will ensure best in class Customer Experience delivery
Work closely with Head of Sales and Sales Directors to champion change and lead prioritised service delivery improvements
Develop the understanding to staff as to the importance of Customer Experience
Influence and develop relationships with key suppliers that support the company objective of Customer Experience
Deliver change initiatives to ensure demand planning, forecasting, scheduling, scheduling, Real Time management and management information are Embedded within the organisation
Lead innovation teams and take ownership of continuous improvement
Ensure company culture embraces the concept of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF)

The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with excellent coaching and motivational skills who will be capable of driving business efficiency and change. You will have strong skills in conflict resolution, stakeholder management (and influence), strong commercial awareness and people manager.
