Our client is a manufacturer of premium branded British food products for predominately UK and European Grocery retail markets. Following a restructure, they are looking to appoint a new Chief Executive Officer

The Role:

• Reporting directly to the board you will design and deliver the strategy to ensure continued UK and International Growth with full responsibility and autonomy for brand and business unit performance.
• Operating through both a hands on and strategic approach to leadership you will lead and mentor a multifunctional senior leadership team in a highly autonomous position.
• Will target further growth across new and existing channels in UK and International markets whilst increasing operational performance across all functions

The Person:

• Of graduate calibre, you will have a proven track record in a relevant branded FMCG environment with the ability to prove you can increase profitable revenues ideally in UK and International markets.
• An excellent communicator and inspirational commercially biased business leader with the skills to lead a multi-functional team including operations to success.
• The gravitas to engage with new and existing customers with exceptional presentation skills.
