A Venture Capital backed FinTech organisation based in the city are looking for a Finance Director with experience working with banking to take responsibility of all financial operations including regulatory and treasury procedures. THE JOB

Specifically your responsibilities will include:

Lead on Control and Governance

• Key capital and liquidity ratio delivery and monitoring
• Cash flow monitoring and ownership of the budgeting and forecasting process
• Hold the external audit relationships
• Building prospective/current investor relationships working with the CFO
• Work on the creation of a treasury function
• Assist the planning/testing/implementation of projects affecting the financial control function
• Scaling out the finance function
• Review processes to make them more efficient and enhance control

YOU

To be considered for this job, you will have the following experience:

• A Qualified Chartered Accountant with around 10-15 years' experience
• Financial services experience specifically within Banking
• Strong commercial acumen and ownership
• Strong upward trajectory
• A system wizard, specifically Excel and one who appreciates the value of incorporating new technology to create efficiencies in controls
• Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP
• FinTech, start up experience, ability to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment (nice to have)
