Head of Global Sales
My client is an International IT Service Management company headquartered in Edinburgh with offices across Europe and strategic partners worldwide.
The business develops, sells, implements and supports a high-value, top tier Enterprise Service Management solution to large blue-chip organisations and to the public sector worldwide.
The opportunity has now arisen for a Head of Global Sales to join the business at an exciting time of transition. We need an experienced and tenacious Sales Leader who will motivate and inspire the team and build new client relationships based on trust and integrity.
This role is ideally suited to a “can do” attitude and a leader that wants to bring out the best in their team.
Offering mentor-ship and being responsible for the Sales Team performance and aligning sales objectives with business strategy, you will drive continuous improvement.
Based in historic and vibrant Edinburgh which was recently voted “The best city in the world to live” by the Scotsman newspaper, you will also have the opportunity for Global travel and will continuously learn and develop your skills in ITIL, ITSM and ITOM.
Skills and Experience
Experience of operating in a telephone-based sales/marketing role or technical qualification
Demonstrate a commercial/sales drive
Ability to build technical understanding
Excellent Client Relationship building
Be friendly and tenacious
Eager to continually learn and build on your existing skills in ITL, ITSM and ITOM
Demonstrate capability of working with high volumes of data within tight time frames and maintaining accuracy
