Job Details

Partner Financial is working with a global business who is implementing a new ERP system and require additional support in their project team in the form of a Business Analyst / R2R Specialist. 

The ideal person for this role will be an experienced business analyst / process lead with significant experience in process and controls mapping within a large finance function and have strong R2R knowledge.

Key Deliverables:

  • Creating or amending process maps including overlays with financial controls
  • Supporting content development for presentations to explain the SAP S/4 solutions to business users
  • Documentation on business/finance policies, procedures and templates
  • Detailed documentation on roles and responsibilities
  • Supporting with workshops with the business; this will include slideware for content, logistics and supporting with delivery of the workshops
  • Working on impact assessments from various change request across the globe
  • Other ad-hoc documentation and meeting notes

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Demonstrable ‘hands on’ experience of producing process maps and assessing impacts Record to Report business processes
  • Demonstrable ‘hand on’ experience of producing process documentation aligned to business roles and responsibilities
  • Broad ERP implementation experience
  • Experience with Microsoft D365 would be desirable,
  • Experience of R2R process review, amendment and development
  • Experience of using a Business Process Mapping tools
  • Experience of creating slideware content in MS PowerPoint
  • Experience in supporting the creation of Policies and Standards.
  • Accounting Background
  • Available at short notice to start
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Self-motivating and ability to independently problem solve
