Head of HR

Our client, a financial services company based within the square mile, are looking for a Head of HR to join their team on a 8-12m contract.

The role:

• The role is a generalist HR position with a bias towards ER & Recruitment.
• We are looking for somebody who is comfortable in managing high level employee relation cases as well as the more administrative side too.
• You will be responsible for resourcing for roles across the business as well as writing accurate job descriptions.
• The company are currently implementing a HR system and this person will be involved with the implementation of the recruitment modules.

We are looking for the following skill-set:

• Financial services experience is a must
• Experience in managing ER cases end to end
• Resourcing experience within financial services
• We are looking for somebody who is tech focussed and who has ideally worked on a HR implementation
• Knowledge of the SMCR
