SQL Server - Architect Head of BI - London - 6 months+

You will be outstanding in the business intelligence area with expert knowledge of the MS BI stack: SQL Server, Power BI, SSAS, SSIS and SSRS, excellent architecture and team management skills.

You will be leading the team that runs the data and insights analysis for strategic business decisions and that provides the business with reporting tools and insights to continuously improve the performance across all areas of the business.

You will be working with large amounts of transactional data that is stored in a single data warehouse.

Your main priority will be to lead analytical and technical development teams with the objective to turn data and digital assets into something extremely valuable.

You will leverage your impressive management and coaching skills, bringing the BI Analysts up to speed on the best methods of working and technically upskilling them

You will also assess the data infrastructure / architecture environment and upgrade it to truly world-class, working closely with the Tech teams to implement changes and build their data warehouse.

You must have:

- SQL Server, MS BI full stack experience (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Power BI)

- Impressive leadership and coaching credentials

- Deep knowledge of data warehousing and data infrastructure strategy and implementation

- Cloud Analytics (such as Azure, Hadoop etc), and Machine Learning experience ideal.

- Strong stakeholder management
