My client is an extremley succesful and privately owned M&E contractor. They specialise in both Shell & Core, fit-out and refurbishment projects up to the value of circa £30M. These projects tend to fall within the high end residential and commercial sectors.

Due to increased work load, they currently require a Project Director who will mirror their ethos of providing a first class service and who will continually strive to move forward. The benefits from working this way and as part of a team mean that the staff retention rates and friendships within the organisation are second to none.

As Project Director, the Project Manager delivering the scheme will report in to you and will manage a team including surveyors, M&E, construction managers and a document controller. The project you will work on will be across new build residential projects.

This is ideal for a Project Director that wants to be accountable and to be noticed in an organisation where progression is very common.

  • Project Director, responsible for all issues on site.
  • Meetings with clients and subcontractors, dealing with issues and requests.
  • Dealing with main contractor, so if you are experienced in this area, then that is would be beneficial.
  • Able to deal with QS, planner, design and deal with any issues- able to represent the organisation in these types of meetings, and deliver results.
