*Interim Head of People*3 months*??400+ p/d*London*

I am working with an exciting Tech start up in the energy space who are looking for a Head of People to come in and build out there HR Function in alignment with there future growth plans.

I am keen to speak with immediately available HR generalists, preferably HR Business Partners who are keen to take on a hands on and operational role and play a big part in the companies future plans. The role itself will be 3 or 4 days a week, for an initial 3 month period.

Ideal person will be:

• From a Tech, Engineering background
• Hands on with demonstrable experience of delivering key initiatives
• Immediately Available
• Line Management experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
